The SNAP program coupon can be redeemed at any veterinary clinic that accepts it. It is exclusively for use by the named individual on the coupon and identification may be required by the clinic. The coupon only covers a portion of the cost for spaying or neutering and any additional fees or services are the responsibility of the owner. Only one coupon can be issued at a time, but you may apply for another after using the first one. To prevent processing delays, do not submit multiple applications simultaneously
