Join us Mondays at the FMSPCA for Book Buddies! Safely following COVID19 guidelines, we will have cleaning measures and capacity restrictions in place for your safety. Please stay home and get better if you are unwell, we hope you can join us!

Children of all reading levels are invited to the shelter to read to pets in our adoption rooms. This program not only helps children with their literacy skills but helps provide socialization and human interaction for our adoptables! Pets find the rhythmic sound of a voice very comforting and soothing.

Spots are limited to 3 children with 1 chaperon per child per time slot to adhere to social distancing and shelter capacity guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation and can't wait to see you!
